1. Overview

At Carson Sports, we strive for perfection. However, due to the highly specialized nature of sports apparel and international logistics, the following conditions apply to all returns and refunds.

  • Customized & Personalized Items (FINAL SALE)

Any item that has been customized with a name, number, official league/cup patches (e.g., UCL Starball), or personalized branding is considered a unique creation made specifically for you.

·Final Sale: Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or player transfers (e.g., a player leaving the club after purchase).

·Exceptions: We only accept responsibility if the item is physically defective or if there was a clerical error on our part (e.g., we printed “RONALDO” instead of the “MESSI” you ordered).

3. Non-Customized Items

For standard, non-personalized apparel (blank jerseys, training wear, or lifestyle footwear), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

·Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

·Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all non-defective returns.

· Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. As our fulfillment centers are located internationally, please be aware that return shipping may be costly. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us at [Support Email] or whatsapp within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

·Your order number.

·Clear photos of the defect and the packaging.

If verified, we will offer a replacement or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.
